You already know it is difficult to stay healthy when you’re busy, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. It creates a negative loop that can be tricky to escape. You want to stay healthy, but things keep getting in the way. From this, you feel nervous about your health and wellbeing, which conjures anxiety. This anxiety can be so debilitating that you don’t have the energy or confidence to make changes. Stay On Top Of Appointments

Sometimes, you need someone else to tell you you are being ridiculous or encourage you to seek professional help. 

It can also feel good to let everything out, even if you don’t find a solution together. If you know you have someone to talk to, you feel more confident and supported, which is often all anyone needs.
