My career in healthcare and benefits management spans twenty-five years. I have broad leadership experience in a variety of organizations having designed and implemented medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, behavioral health benefits and wellness programs in public health, hospital, health plan and corporate settings. With thirteen years of experience providing strategic direction for program development and delivery in national health plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and ten years in employer settings such as Ford Motor Company, I bring extensive knowledge of population health management as well as the project management skills needed to implement effective programs. I have a BA in Biology and Human Service from Albion College and a MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. I am also certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
